The Apartment

A private theater of Adriatic light.

Apartment Lavender occupies the top floor of the residence — 120 m² of luxuriously furnished living space (built 2015), with five balconies and an exclusive 130 m² rooftop terrace beyond that. The rooftop is half-covered for shade, dressed with table, chairs and deck chairs. It lifts you above the island altogether.

Well-maintained beaches sit 150 metres from the front door — one with a shower, great for kids. From the rooftop at dusk, the lights of Split switch on across the water one by one. This is the highest room in the house. It is also, quietly, the loveliest.

The balconies are quite big and offer fabulous panoramic views — however the rooftop terrace is just the icing on the cake. It offers the most amazing views.

The Living Arrangement

The Rooftop

An exclusive 130 m² rooftop terrace crowns the apartment — half covered for shade, with table, chairs and deck chairs, and unobstructed views from Trogir to Split. In summer this is where the day ends.

The Quarters

Three bedrooms wrap around an open-plan living and dining space. Five balconies catch sun and breeze through the day — morning on one side of the building, afternoon on the other, evening gold up on the roof.
